Villa is perfect for a big family with kids and a nanny/cleaner as it also has a separated staff area. But it’s also a win for short or long term renting of the whole house. The house can also be a boutique hotel, as every room has an in-suite renovated bathroom, and by the way we already have good reviews on Airbnb.
